Peanut Butter Cookies

Nadine nie lagi resehh banget pengen dibikinin ini itu. Mungkin tiap kali bundanya ngerjain cake orang dia gerem karena gak kebagian cake yg dah jadi :). Akhir2 ini dia seneng banget ama cookies. Beberapa kali bikin, nahh yg satu ini the best one i've ever made :). Nyontoh resep dari foodblog-nya mbak vania ... Peanut Butter Cookies. Hasilnya .... enyakkkk deh ...... percayalah :).

Peanut Butter Cookies

3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter (aku pake yg chunky)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar *
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (aku skip yg ini, gak punya stok kacang )
3 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)-- (aku pake coklat chip biasa, lagi banyak dirumah)

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. In a large mixing bowl beat together butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds.
3. Beat in sugars, baking powder, and baking soda until combined.
4. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
5. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer.
Stir in any remaining flour, the oats, and chocolate with a wooden spoon. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon about 2 inches apart into ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake on the the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm and tops are golden. Cool on cookie sheets for 2 minutes, remove and cool completely on wire rack.

To store: Place in layers separated by wax paper in an airtight container; cover. Store at room temperature up to 3 days or freezer up to 3 months.
