Yg mesen maunya yg simple-simple ajah, jadi aku cuma pakein model rossete hasil spuit andalan 1M sajah ... hehehehe, dimanisin dikit pake bunga gumpaste super imut :). Frostingnya buttercream. Benernya yg mesen pengen pake choco chips ... secara bingung mo ditaruh dimana choco chips-nya jadi frosting-nya aku bikin coklat ajah :), sebagian kuning.

Pas ngirim tadi pagi ada accident dikit, yg paling ujung rada miring ... padahal udah dialasin plastik muffin bawahnya :(. Musti nyari packaging yg pas nie ... secara frosting-nya rada fluffy gituh ato kudu nyari resep frosting yg stiff teksturnya biar aman sampe ditempat ya ... *mikir.com*

Cake-nya pake resep Easy chocolate cake-nya bu Martha Stewart, resepnya bisa dilihat disini, tapi vanilla extract-nya aku ganti pake almond essence 1/4 sdt. Moga-moga yang mesen cucok :).

Easy chocolate cupcake

Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs (aku pake 4 medium egg)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (aku ganti pake 1/4 sdt almond essence)
1/2 cup sour cream (lagi gak ada stok jadi aku pake plain yoghurt)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees;. Line 12-cup standard muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a medium bowl, sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then beat in almond essence. Reduce speed to low. Add the flour mixture alternating with sour cream, starting and ending with the flour mixture.
4. Divide batter among cups, filling each 3/4 full. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
